The GMAT Practice Test - Sentence Correction - Parallel Construction has been designed to test the important aspects of Sentence Correction. This test covers one of the errors while phrasing a gramatically correct sentence, namely parallel construction. When the list of phrases following the main verb is not constructed in the same way in a sentence, it is a case of a parallel construction error.
