  I have a Dell GX280 computer. I replaced the cd-rom drive since i had problems reinstalling Windows XP. I replaced the data cable. I get the same error. I get frequent errors when reinstalling Windows XP on my Dell computer. Are all my cd-rom drives broken or is the Dell computer to blame? __
