| | Stevie Nicks, is an incredible singer who writes her own songs. Yes she plays the tambourine on stage but not many people realize she composes her own songs on the piano guitar, she isn't as skilled a musician as her bandmates Christine and Lindsey but I consider her a musician because of her remarkable composing ability.
Stevie Nicks also is a very kind-hearted person who has helped create services to help those in need, like the Soldier's I-Pod foundation, she's held many benefits for the City of Hope (for cancer research), she her father created a place in Arizona for heart disease research - she also has contributed a lot of time by giving benefit concerts for these services as well as countless charity benefits.
Not only is Stevie Nicks one of the greatest singer/songwriters of our time (if not the greatest) she has contributed enormously in helping many of us wether we realize it or not. We are lucky to have someone like her, who has given so much love to the world I am very thankful for her. |
