  I teach fifth grade and love the Civil War! These questions are good but maybe add Fort Sumter, Ulysses S. Grant, Sherman's March to the Sea, Stonewall Jackson, and John Brown's Raid on Harper's Ferry.

  uhmnn the civil war lasted for 4 years and the country lost a lot of people. the north had something worth fighting for which was one of the main reasons that they won. the south was just fighting to keep slavery alive even thought it was morally wrong.
